Our country’s cultural life is concentrated in Tbilisi. Therefore, elaborating cultural strategy, finding cultural development and improvement methods is on our agenda. Tbilisi provides endless resources to achieve this: on the one hand with rich historic-cultural heritage and on the other with developing urban culture based on society needs and necessities.
